 广州市摩托车配件行业商会是由经营摩托车及配件行业的工商界人士以坚持“自愿发起、自选会长、自筹经费、自聘人员、自主会务”的“五自”原则而组成的行业性社会团体组织，于1995年11月创立（原东山区摩托车行业商会）。在上级政府部门领导的关怀支持下，队伍不断发展壮大，是全国最大的摩配行业组织。1999年为适应广州城市规划，响应政府号召，商会组织带领摩配行业从业人员整体搬迁至广州市白云区罗冲围专业市场，组建形成现在全球最大的摩配市场。2007年11月16日在市政府相关部门的指导下，经市民政局登记批准，升级成为市级行业商会。广州市摩托车配件行业商会是摩配行业里最具影响力的商会，具有社会团体法人资格，商会会员单位近500家，理事会成员120家，副会长单位25家，常务副会长单位10家，延伸覆盖全国摩配商圈2万余家，现任会长叶永祥。
本会以“服务会员、反映诉求、规范行为、共同发展”为宗旨，以搭建企业与政府的沟通桥梁，促进行业健康发展，繁荣社会经济为己任。得到了广州市民政局、市经商委、市工商联及各相关部门的大力支持和关怀。在各级主管部门领导指导下，商会会员单位积极配合各项工作的开展，积极响应政府构建和谐社会的号召，发扬中华民族的传统美德，引导会员参与：“热心公益，扶危济贫”的慈善活动，树立了商会的良好形象。
Guangzhou Motorbike Parts Association, founded in November 1995 (formerly Dongshan District Motorcycle Industry Chamber of Commerce), is an industrial social organization made up of business people who are engaged in the motorcycle parts industry, adhering to the five-self principle of "voluntary sponsors, self-selecting president, self-financing, self-employing staff, self-arranging meetings". With the care and support of the leaders of higher government departments, it continues to grow and develop and now is the largest organization in motorcycle parts industry throughout the country. In order to meet Guangzhou urban planning in 1999 and in response to the government's call, the association led the overall movement of employees in the motorcycle parts industry to Luochongwei specialized market in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, forming the largest motorcycle parts market in the world. On November 16, 2007, under the guidance of the relevant departments of the municipal government, approved by Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, it upgraded to a municipal industry chamber of commerce. Guangzhou Motorbike Parts Association is the most influential chamber of commerce in the motorcycle parts industry, with the corporate capacity of social organizations, nearly 500 member units, 120 council members, 25 vice president units, 10 executive vice president units, extending to cover more than 20,000 units of national motorcycle parts business district, the current president Ye Yongxiang.
Our association aims to "serve members, reflect appeals, standardize behaviors and seek common development", and takes it as our own duty to build a bridge of communication between enterprises and the government, to boost the healthy development of the industry and to promote the prosperity of social economy. Guangzhou Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Municipal Economy and Commerce Council, Municipal Association of Industry and Commerce as well as the relevant departments have given a lot of support and care. Under the guidance of the leaders in competent departments at all levels, the member units actively make a full cooperation, positively respond to the government's call for building a harmonious society, carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, guide members to participate in the charity activities aiming to " focus on public welfare, help those in danger and aid these in distress" and establish a good image of the association.
